Association AVS is an independent Halal control & monitoring agency of Halal products production, meat processing, slaughter and wholesale slaughter.

AVS is primarily a collective project.
AVS is a body, which carries sacrifice, provides authentication of meat in slaughterhouses and proceeds to check through a strict control and daily slaughter. AVS has no meat or no processing. It is a service at abattoirs for consideration and butcheries gratis with which it signed a contract.

AVS is an association of law in 1901, consisting of a management and employees, with now hundreds of employees. AVS has tirelessly developed and developed a style of working to maintain the spirit of rigor and quality that inspires all of its employees. The efficiency that AVS can legitimately claim today is the result of a long experience in finding solutions to most practical and most appropriate for effective control of the ritual slaughter.
