Our company specializes in wild caught fresh water fish that tastes quite good. We ship with our trucks to all points in the U.S., and export to several countries. We are looking for suitable partners in Asia. We need your processing for fish balls, chips, nuggets and seafood tofu and more. We have an unlimited supply of large wild silver carp attach that can be shipped deboned (minced), or in fillet or H & G form for your processing. This fish has traditionally been used for kosher gefilte fish in the Jewish trade which we currently export to Israel. It is totally free of mercury/toxins, has the wild "jumping" ability to 3 meters, is caught in local clean rivers, and rated superior in taste to any farm raised carp.
